Frederick Social is looking for hard-working, guest-focused individuals to join our front and back-of-house team. We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time roles:

 

•Server/Bartender: Responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, crafting awesome drinks, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

 

•Busser: Responsible for taking customer food orders and food running, maintaining dining room cleanliness, dish washing, supporting the service staff.

 

Requirements:

•Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

•Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

•Weekend and evening availability is highly preferred.
